Shari Maynard is the co-founder of Whitestone Accounting & Tax Inc. and the leader of the firm’s Tennessee operation. Her journey in bookkeeping began nearly 40 years ago in her father’s music store, where she learned the fundamentals of balancing accounts, tracking inventory, and keeping a small business financially healthy. Those early days shaped her lifelong commitment to accuracy, organization, and service — values that still define her work today.

Over the decades, Shari has built a deep well of experience across bookkeeping, payroll, and small business financial systems. She is highly proficient in QuickBooks and has spent years helping business owners clean up their books, streamline their processes, and gain clarity around their numbers.
